Which areas of the West Midlands do you deliver to?
We deliver and style events across Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Knowle, Dorridge, Edgbaston, Harborne, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Coventry, and surrounding Warwickshire areas. Standard delivery is included within 15 miles of B1; venues further afield are accommodated with a transparent mileage fee.
Can the soft play be set up outdoors on grass or patios?
Yes! During dry spring and summer months, setups can be placed outdoors on clean, flat grass under a gazebo/marquee, or on clean smooth patios with our heavy-duty protective underlay. To preserve our luxury hygiene standards, we cannot set up on gravel, mud, sand, or during rain. We always recommend having an indoor backup room or hall reserved.
How does booking, deposit, and date reservation work?
Once you submit the availability form below, we confirm whether your date is available within 2–4 hours. To secure your slot on our calendar, we require a 25% deposit, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your party. Due to high demand for weekend 1st birthdays, we recommend reserving 6–12 weeks ahead.
How is the soft play equipment cleaned and sanitised?
Cleanliness is our top priority. We use hospital-grade, child-safe, non-toxic disinfectant solution. Every ball in the ball pit passes through our automated ball-cleaning machine between events, and all vinyl foam pads are hand-sanitised on delivery before little feet step on them.
Do we keep the organic balloon garlands after the event?
Yes! All balloon installations are 100% yours to keep. When we return to collect the soft play equipment and sailboard backdrops, you or your guests are very welcome to take the balloon garlands home. Kept indoors away from direct heat, our premium latex balloons frequently last 1–2 weeks.
